Kassia Vega

Kassia brings more than 20 years of customer service experience to The Ryan Agency. She began her insurance career in 2020 as a receptionist and has continued building her knowledge and experience ever since.

As our Client Service Representative, Kassia helps with everyday insurance questions, policy changes, and service requests across personal, farm, and business insurance. She enjoys getting to know clients, helping them understand the next steps, and keeping their requests moving.

Originally from Philadelphia, Kassia now calls Hoosick Falls, New York home—but her loyalty to the Eagles hasn't moved an inch. She's a lifelong Birds fan through and through.

Outside the office, Kassia loves spending time with her children and cheering them on at their sporting events. When she's not on the sidelines, there's a good chance she has an iced coffee from Dunkin' in hand.
